I’ve worked at scale helping businesses grow, transform and evolve - building high performance global teams, strengthening operating models and delivering both top and bottom line growth with sustainable commercial outcomes.

MY STORY

My connection to founder-led businesses goes beyond my corporate experience.

I grew up in South Africa in a family of entrepreneurs and business owners in retail and manufacturing industries.

From a young age, I was immersed in the realities of running a business working in the businesses after school and during university breaks, learning how to think commercially, motivate teams, and understand what it takes to build something from nothing.

That experience shaped how I see business and why I connect so deeply with founders today.
