This is where I step in more directly - working as a fractional growth leader for a defined period of time to drive a specific outcome working alongside your team.

Most clients begin with the Growth Clarity Diagnostic to understand what is really happening. From there we define the right path forward with the Growth Strategy Blueprint
Depending on your needs, I then continue to support you in one of two ways - or a combination of both:
As an ongoing strategic advisor (3, 6 or 12 months)
By stepping into the business in a more hands on embedded capacity part time (1-2 days per week) to deliver specific outcomes.
